AV Built is led by Alex Velasco, a licensed general contractor who has worked in construction since 2020. After apprenticing in plumbing and general construction and later working as a foreman, Alex started AV Built with a commitment to honest service, strong work ethic, and high-quality craftsmanship. The business has grown through word of mouth and a reputation for professionalism, dependability, and pride in the finished work. Before construction, Alex pursued professional boxing, but ultimately found his passion in building. Seeing clients happy with the finished work continues to drive that passion today.
